The Factory
You bring the client. The Factory builds the software.
The only human in the loop is you.
We're selecting a small group of consulting partners for our pilot. You scope it, the Factory builds it. You deliver.
How it works
Spec in. Build out.
01
You bring a project
A client needs something built. An app, a tool, a platform. You scope the engagement with them like you normally would.
02
We help you write the spec
You run your project through our spec tool. It asks the right questions and produces a build-ready spec. Already have one? Skip this step.
03
The Factory runs
Your spec goes into our pipeline and the system builds it autonomously. No engineers writing code. No back-and-forth.
04
You receive the build
The Factory delivers a complete codebase, ready for you to review with your client. Need adjustments? Refine the spec and run it again.
Why partner with us
Say yes to projects you used to turn down
You keep the client relationship
We don't talk to your client or show up in meetings. You deliver the work under your name.
Take on projects you'd normally turn down
Client needs an app and you don't have engineers? That's exactly the situation this is for.
Faster than recruiting
A build that would take a dev team weeks comes back in days. No standups, no sprint planning.
Better margins on technical work
You bill the client for a software build. You pay us a fraction of what a dev shop would charge.
Questions
What partners ask us
How long does a build take?
Depends on the project. A straightforward app can come back in hours. Bigger ones take a few runs.
What if the output isn't right?
You fix the spec and run it again. The Factory keeps going until it's right.
What kinds of projects work best?
Greenfield builds: apps, tools, platforms, internal systems. Projects with clear requirements and a defined "done."
What doesn't work well yet?
Huge legacy codebases that need surgery. Vague projects with no clear scope. Ongoing maintenance. This is project-based.
Can I just use this to build my own stuff?
Right now we're focused on consulting partners who are delivering to clients. You have a real project, a deadline, and someone paying for the result. If that changes, you'll be the first to know.
Who owns the IP?
You do. The code we deliver is yours. We don't retain rights to your builds and we don't reuse your project for other clients.
